1. Planning of Category & Sub-Category at Cluster /Store Level keeping in view ASP
2. To Prepare Category OTB – Buying Plan and Category-Sub-Category Level Stock Movement
3. Item Level Sale & Stock Monitoring and execute Action Plan
4. Store Level Stock Management of assigned Category / Sub-Category
5. Finalize Dispatch Plan / Allocation and handover to Planner / Replenisher
6. Finalize Inter-Store Stock Transfer
7. Prepare Reports and Analysis on Weekly & Monthly Basis 
8. Coordination with SM, ASMs, Merchandizing & Sourcing
9. Store Visits for Market & Product Knowledge
