Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant databases
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and schedules
- Maintain employee files and records in an organized manner
- Help maintain training records and ensure compliance with training requirements
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events
