Description
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's short-term and long-term objectives
- Develop and implement strategies for employer branding and talent attraction
- Implement effective performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms
- Design and oversee employee training and development programs. Identify skill gaps and promote learning opportunities to enhance employee capabilities
- Total Rewards Management
- Lead OD initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle legal issues related to HR
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making
