  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's short-term and long-term objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for employer branding and talent attraction
  • Implement effective performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms
  • Design and oversee employee training and development programs. Identify skill gaps and promote learning opportunities to enhance employee capabilities

  • Lead OD initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance

Qualification

Master In HRM or relevant
