Assistant Manager HR (Organizational Development)
Description
- Develop and update the appraisal process & guidelines and manage the appraisal process across organization (Goal Setting, Evaluations, PIPs, identifying HIPOs and LOPOs etc.)
- Identify critical positions and ensure appropriate succession planning to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
- Work with internal stakeholders across different functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
- Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across the organization
- Assist in development of TNA in light of the PMS
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration, data analysis, action planning and communication to foster a positive work environment
- Assist in creating HR policies and procedures
Qualification
Masters/Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant
Required Skills

- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
Experience
3-4 years’ in Organizational Development
