ASSISTANT MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCE

Description
  • Manage all HR activities such as recruitment/selection, compensation/benefits and maintain confidential employee records
  • Conduct TNA’s and plan internal/external training programs
  • Development of KPI’s and implementation of performance management system
  • Suggest and arrange employee engagement activities
  • Assist management in development of employee succession plans
  • Effective management of HR Operations
  • Assist in development of OD structure for the newly established Organization
Qualification

Bachelors/Masters in HRM or Relevant

Required Skills

  • In-dept knowledge of performance management system and talent management cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and legislation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good command over microsoft office tools
  • Sound knowledge about HRMS/ERP

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years’ of relevant work experience
