Provide legal assistance to the management on different labor and other applicable laws/legislations of land
Maintain effective relationship with relevant governmental departments like EOBI, PESSI, Labor, PWWB, Apprenticeship, Police, SNGPL, LESCO, Social Welfare, Town Municipal, Health and Others
Receive employees complaints/problems subsequently conduct impartial investigations/inquiries as per applicable laws and recommend action (s) to be taken
Maintain compliance with Industrial Relations Act
Arrange awareness session (s) for employees to enhance their understating on their legal requirements
Timely submission of reports to relevant governmental institutions
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters and L.L.B. preferably D.L.L.
