ASSISTANT MANAGER INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Description
  • Provide legal assistance to the management on different labor and other applicable laws/legislations of land
  • Maintain effective relationship with relevant governmental departments like EOBI, PESSI, Labor, PWWB, Apprenticeship, Police, SNGPL, LESCO, Social Welfare, Town Municipal, Health and Others
  • Receive employees complaints/problems subsequently conduct impartial investigations/inquiries as per applicable laws and recommend action (s) to be taken
  • Maintain compliance with Industrial Relations Act
  • Arrange awareness session (s) for employees to enhance their understating on their legal requirements
  • Timely submission of reports to relevant governmental institutions
Qualification

Bachelors/Masters and L.L.B. preferably D.L.L.

  • In-dept knowledge of labor laws / legislations
  • Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • People management skills
  • Excellent decision making & problem solving skills
  • Experience of large/complex union negotiation
  • Computer/MS Office proficiency
