Develop Hoshin Kanari, Make Strategy Plans for Next 3 to 5 Years also help teams to develop individual objectives/KPIs
New project planning, start from its feasibility to execution including layouts, manpower planning, machine planning, material planning and SOP’s Implementation
Monitor, control & evaluate manpower planning through benchmark time and motion studies
Develop and maintain lean transformation plan through value stream mapping
Develop and map end to end process (process mapping), identify non value added activities, design a new process and train all employees on that change
Collaborates with leaders to execute Gemba walk process (Managing for Daily Improvement), utilizing and constantly improving the visual management on the floor and in the office areas.
Develop a culture of problem solving through 8 steps problem solving method to reduce the gaps between current states and standards.
Evaluate the capacities of the machines set targets and improve those targets through shopfloor Kaizens.
Plans, schedules and train the concerned area team related to 5S activities
Design & drive flow & pull concept for better material management to facilitate the operations teams
Develop and train operations team on lean metrics and data collection
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Industrial Engineering or Relevant
