Assistant Manager Administration
Description
- Ensure admin operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Plan and execute administrative procedures and systems
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Manages the repair & maintenance of machinery, equipment & office furniture
- Supervise Vehicle Management and oversee driver & administrative personnel
- Monitor and procure needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen
Qualification
Masters / Bachelors in Management or relevant
Required Skills
- Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Decision Making Skills
- Computer/MS Office proficiency. (This may be tested)
Experience
Minimum 4-5 years’ of relevant work experience
