  • Ensure admin operations adhere to policies and regulations

  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Manages the repair & maintenance of machinery, equipment & office furniture
  • Supervise Vehicle Management and oversee driver & administrative personnel
  • Monitor and procure needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen
Qualification

Masters / Bachelors in Management or relevant

Required Skills

  • Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Decision Making Skills
  • Computer/MS Office proficiency. (This may be tested)

Experience

Minimum 4-5 years’ of relevant work experience
