Manager HSE
Description
- Developing, implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to overcome hazards in the workplace and ensure employee compliance with safety regulations
- Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations
- Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans
- Delivering safety training programs to help employees understand and follow safety protocols
- Ensuring that safety equipment is available at all identified areas
- Recommending safety equipment upgrades to ensure it is safe to use
Qualification
Masters/Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems

Experience
