Assistant Manager - Performance Management System
Description
- Develop and update the appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across organization (Goal Setting, Evaluations, PIPs, identifying HIPOs and LOPOs etc.)
- Identify critical positions and ensure appropriate succession planning to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
- Work with internal stakeholders across different functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
- Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process
- Assist in development of TNA in light of the PMS
- Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across the organization
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources or relevant

Experience
Minimum 3-4 years’ as per JD specified below
