Description
- Manage and deliver sales targets
- Manage walk in customers, building sales portfolio, Making out bound sales calls
- Manage in coming/outgoing tele sales inquiries, generating sales leads, creating sales pipeline
- Management of sales channels with focus on primary sales, stock management and price management
Qualification
Masters / Bachelors
Required Skills
- Good experience in channel handling and some experience in the real estate industry
- Existing knowledge and relationship with the realtors will be an added advantage
- Strong desire to delivery sales targets and motivation to work in achieving targets
- Confident, energetic and has the appetite to work in a start-up and grow faster
- Strong Communication Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 Years’ (Preferably from Construction/Real Estate industry with distribution or project sales background
