- Annual E-Commerce & digital strategy formulation & execution along with website performance (SEO, UI, UX, Traffic, ROI)
- Managing E-commerce operations to achieve targets
- Oversee total brand website P&L; achieve top-line and bottom-line results
- Develop and manage customer partnership and retention strategies through data and insights
- Develop innovative strategies in online sales by empowering the team to test and learn by providing them the key insights to optimize growth for the future
- Responsible for product management, website sorting, stock level control, budget tracking and sales analysis by market
- Develop online business expansion strategies to set new benchmarks for the company to achieve in coming years
