AM HR (Performance Management)
Description
- Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across organization
- Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms, templates and communications)
- Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
- Work with internal stakeholders across different functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
- Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process
- Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across the organization
Qualification
Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources or relevant

4-5 years
