AM HR (Performance Management)

Description
  • Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across organization
  • Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms, templates and communications)
  • Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
  • Work with internal stakeholders across different functions to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance
  • Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process
  • Collect and analyze performance appraisal results across the organization
Qualification

Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources or relevant
